About Martin Training
Martin Training Associates is a management consulting company dedicated to helping organizations drive the results they desire through better management practices. Our training approach focuses on facilitation and collaboration rather than lecture and our workshops are participative and experiential, employing a soft skills approach in developing hard skills.
The Martin Training Associates’ training style and workshop curriculum have provided many organizations and, importantly, many individuals with the core competency needed to achieve the objectives and level of performance required in today’s business environment.
We believe that:

- That we should transfer our knowledge to our clients as quickly as possible so that they no longer need our services.
- Solutions to a client’s problems should be developed in partnership with the client.
Therefore, our approach to working with clients includes:
- Facilitating the client in identifying the causes and solutions to their problems.
- Using a participative approach to defining and resolving problems.
- Training groups in the methodology we use so that they can become self-sufficient quickly.
- Providing quality services at as low a cost to the client as possible.
The Martin Training Associates team has been operating together for close to ten years. Established in 2001 as an offshoot of MartinTate LLC, which was established in 1996 and dissolved in 2001. All of the employees and one of the two partners in MartinTate formed Martin Training and continued doing business as it had done before.
