Being able to lead and work with a team effectively is a core requirement of everyone today. Now, given that teams are most often cross-functionally the old ways of “authority” no longer work to get things done.
Our goal is to help clients improve how their teams get things done. The Martin Training Associates team development series provides practical, hands-on approaches that will immediately improve how your teams work together. Designed to build awareness of individual differences, increase participation of team members to create ownership and accountability we focus on the skills needed not only by the team leader, but by the team members as well.
Our Approach
MTA’s approach to team development is to provide workshops that provide team leaders and team members with an understanding of high-performing teams work, how the differences among team members can cause conflict and miscommunication and how these same differences can be a great asset to the team.
Our Team Development Workshops are participative and experiential; the focus is on training groups so that they become high-performing faster.
