Coaching for Improved Work Performance

This module identifies the dynamics of the coaching relationship – People Skills, listening skills, feedback and learning competencies. Through the use of self-assessments and role-play participants rate their current skill level as a coach and then practice implementing the techniques and knowledge they have learned.  The participants will produce a coaching outline and identify a specific individual to work with during implementation weeks.
