Negotiating and Influencing
A manager’s role includes negotiating for resources, project initiatives and influencing those whom they have no authority over. In a cross-functional organization, everyone is focused on the goals and objectives of the broader organization and collaboration is more important than competition. This program teaches the basic principles of win-win negotiation so that managers are continually focused on achieving every goal versus individual goals.
