Every manager in an organization has accountability for achieving goals and objectives that are directly aligned to the strategic plan of the company. In order to successfully fulfill this accountability they need a working knowledge of core management skills ranging from general management skills such as;

  • communication
  • influencing
  • negotiation
  • coaching

This program is designed to provide the opportunity for every attendee to learn critical management practices and techniques, plan their usage and implementation in alignment with specific organizational and individual goals.

  • Understand the role of the manager in a matrix organization
  • Understand the value of working collaboratively
  • Gain practical management skills that will support the achievement of individual and organizational goals
  • Be able to accept unconditional accountability for individual goals and shared goals of their teams
