Leading Organizational Change

In today's changing business world organizational leaders at all levels of the organization are asked to take on more responsibility to implement and effect change. The role a leader plays in a change initiative can be anything from visionary, sponsor, project leader, encourager or communicator.

This workshop uses The Leader's Map for Change as the tool leaders use to navigate a group or an organization through initiatives of change.

Using the guide along with a case study or real-life change being experienced within the organization participants will assess their readiness to lead change and learn how to use the Eight Change Coordinates. These coordinates are the tasks leaders can use to help them motivate and encourage a group of individuals through a change initiative and increase their probability for success.
