Getting the Most from Your Key Contributors

Even the best performers get stagnated from time to time. But before managers can help them out their rut, they need to understand the situation and why the person is having difficulty. Sometimes employees aren’t motivated or committed to the task. Sometimes they don’t have the skills or know-how.

Through the use of DiSC, this program helps managers read the situational needs of their key contributors so they can adjust their management style accordingly. Participants will learn some fundamental strategies for reading the willingness and ability of the people they manager as well as the approaches that are most effective in each situation.
