About the Authors:
Paula Martin Ms. Martin is the CEO of Martin
Training Associates, a premiere management training. She is the
author numerous books on management including The Project Management

Started in Project Management. She is a keynote speaker at PMI
and other management conferences and is the author of numerous

decision making, risk assessment and problem solving.
Bruce Chadbourne Bruce Chadbourne, PMP is a veteran Naval Officer
and Engineering Project Manager with defense and information technology
industries. He currently serves as a project management consultant
to U.S. Navy programs and also is the "Eastern Americas" Director
of the PMI Risk Specific Interest Group. He enjoys teaching and
writing about project management topics for prominent corporate
