Project Facilitation
Need help with troublesome projects? Want to turbocharge an existing project and make sure it's on the track to success. Our project facilitation service can help. Our three-day program will walk the project team (with key stakeholders attending) through a self-assessment process that helps them to identify what they're doing right (and should continue to do) and those areas where there are gaps that need filling. We'll then facilitate the team filling those gaps and for any of the items which cannot be addressed within the 3 day timeframe, we'll facilitate the creation of an action item list for completing the gap list. In addition, you get three hours of follow-up help (via phone) to help make sure the team stays on track. Teams get their projects back on track and learn some valuable PM tools and techniques in the process.
We can also facilitate the kick-off process for new projects and help your project leader make sure the project gets off to a good start. Using the same facilitation process (with less time on assessments since the project is just getting started), we'll walk the team through the activities for planning a project properly. The three free hours of follow-up consulting also applies.
