Our assessment process focuses on 8 key areas (Strategy/Vision, People, Process, Structure, Technology, Customer focus, Management, Success Measures) that are determined to be critical elements for ITs Effectiveness. The assessment is conducted through in-person interviews and on-line surveys.
Through our analysis of the results and from discussions and survey responses, we will provide you with our findings and outline where you have misalignments that are impacting your results and key areas of improvements that can help you fill the gap from where you are to where you want to be.
Our recommendations will provide a recommended program that enables you to resolve your issues and a plan on how you can effectively implement improvements into your organization.
