Our Quality Delivery process provides IT with a framework to effectively manage the on-going requests and requirements that are received from the numerous sources to fulfill the continuous delivery demands in which IT needs to respond. Without a structured process, it becomes very difficult to respond efficiently, effectively and in a timely manner that meets quality expectations.
As in all our process improvement programs, our Quality Delivery Process is based on a Total Quality Management philosophy that requires a shift in discipline that focuses on turning activities into results, on filtering non-value-add activity, on consolidating redundant activities, on bundling efforts to maximize utilization and optimizing time management for consistent quality delivery.
Our Quality Delivery Process is an effective approach for IT to manage its work load of user requests, enhancements, requirements, support activities and new project implementations within a controlled environment. It structures the workload into consolidated efforts and defines how all IT requests are funneled, approved, prioritized, processed and executed. It focuses on the key process areas as a framework for IT to effectively operate its delivery services.
