Cathy assumed the role of CEO in 2007 after joining Martin Training as a partner in 2005. She has over twenty years experience working in large corporations in both technical and leadership roles. She is an expert in New Matrix Management and works with leadership teams at all levels of an organization to implement the components most needed by the organization.
Paula Martin - Executive Consultant
Paula is the founder and former CEO of Martin Training. Best known for her works "The Project Management Memory Jogger" and "The Buck Stops Here" she literally wrote the
book on New Matrix Management. She continues her work with Martin Training to ensure the principles we bring to our clients is best practice for leading and working cross-functionally.
John Slack - Consultant Trainer
Mr. Slack has over 30 years of experience in business and project management. For the past decade he has focused upon a mixture of active project management and development for project management training. His projects have ranged from the retail to high tech. They include planning & rollout of business operations for companies such as Digital Equipment Corp & Intel, to the development & rollout of software applications for companies such as DirectTV, Motorola and American Airlines.
Chance Reichel - Consultant Trainer

Marion Morgenthal - Consultant Trainer
Marion Morgenthal is a seasoned training and project management professional. Marion brings with her a broad range of experience as an expert on change management, project management and the development of non-technical skills for technologists. In recent assignments, Marion leveraged this expertise to lead integration efforts at JPMorgan Chase through two mergers and the transformation of a technology organization to a new model that included effective use of offshore vendors and matrix management.
