Principles and Practices of Applied Accountability
The system of accountability that most companies use is based on the old vertical management model that depends on authority and control. This old accountability disempowers managers, creates a culture of fear and blame and produces less than optimal business results.
In this two-day session, we walk through the principles and practices of the new accountability and tie this new system into the new model of management that needs to drive every organization that wants to optimize projects and business processes.
Participants are asked to identify problems in the organization associated with the old approach to accountability and to identify changes that would make sense for their organization.
