Matrix Management 2.0 Organizational Assessment
Embarking on a Matrix Management 2.0™ implementation is a commitment for any organization. Having a clear indication of the current state of the matrix organization (its challenges, current paradigms in play and leadership understanding of the matrix) is a great asset to the implementation process.
The Matrix Management 2.0 Organizational Assessment is an electronic assessment that is completed by key leaders. Data is collected to identify areas of strengths and weakness related to the Matrix Management 2.0 system. By completing this assessment as a first step, you will be able to optimize the return on any training/consulting investment made thereafter by allowing us to focus on the key areas which need attention and provide data to build the leadership buy-in to a phased implementation approach.
Three levels of assessment and reports are available:
- Basic Assessment – Quick assessment with Data report only
- Pro Assess – Detailed assessment data report (Consultant support for data review is available for additional charge)
- Pro Assess Plus – Detailed assessment with report and 3 hours of consultant review
