Every matrix organization is comprised of multiple vectors that create a complex cross-functional organizational system. To lead a matrix organization successfully, leaders must address the five keys of Matrix Management 2.0 to ensure everyone at every level is aligned and capable to lead and work across the dimensions – without authority.

In this one day intensive event we walk through the five keys of Matrix Management 2.0™:  Structure, Prioritization, Accountability, Relationship Management, and Collaborative leadership, self-assess how the organization, its leaders and team members are doing against each key. Real life challenges to working in the matrix are identified and leaders begin identifying the customized S.P.A.R.C. Solution that work best for the organization.
