Instructor-led Project Management Training
Martin Training offers new ways to bring your instructor-led project management training in-house. Our internal instructor programs provide you with the know-how, materials and learning aids to effectively raise project management skills within your organization, department or team. Our internal instructor–led programs are a cost effective means to provide business critical project management training to everyone.
We offer two programs – Program One and Program QuickStart – tailored to meet every organizations needs and budget. The objective of these programs is to utilize internal resources to build on and promote project management skill development with a proven PMBOK®-aligned project management method and curriculum.
Program One: Train-the-Trainer
Martin Training Associates has a solution that will allow you to achieve your project management development goals on time and within your training budget. The Martin Training Associates Internal Instructor Program (Train-The-Trainer Workshop) offers substantial cost savings on top of increased instructor or project manager utilization.
The program allows your organization to optimize the effectiveness of both the instructor and the employee by providing cost effective, continuous in-house training and mentoring resources for project teams and individuals.
Upon completion of our five-day Train-the-Trainer workshop, instructors will be certified to teach the following workshops: Introduction to Project Management Concepts, Building Project Management Skills and Core Skills for Managing Projects.
Each of these workshops is designed to develop project management core competency throughout all areas of your organization.
Throughout the five days, the course material is reinforced with review questions, application to a real project selected by each participant, and practice teaching assignments. Class size is limited to six participants to assure each of individual attention. Participants leave the workshop as MTA-certified instructors, ready to train internal employees and/or consult and mentor project teams. All instructor materials – manuals, LCD presentations and trainer aids – are provided.
