Workshop Overview
The program prepares you to train the Matrix Management 2.0 Leadership Base Camp. Offered in conjunction with the Matrix Management 2.0 Level 1 Certification program, this one and half days teaches you how to develop leadership knowledge about the Matrix Management 2.0 S.P.A.R.C.™ keys and help them shift their paradigms from old vertically based management to horizontally focused Matrix Management 2.0.
