C.O.R.E. Skills for
Project Sponsorship Train-the-Trainer
Workshop Overview
Become certified to train the one day C.O.R.E. Skills for Sponsoring Projects program. During this three day program, you will review the C.O.R.E. Project Management method taught in our popular C.O.R.E. Skills for Managing Projects workshop and examine the roles and responsibilities of the Sponsor role. You will present a case study on Sponsorship in your organization and apply this program to help address any challenges you present. You will learn how to facilitate a highly experiential and successful exercise that helps introduce the challenges Sponsors create when they work without a prioritized portfolio of work.
This program is a great addition to any project leadership training you offer to ensure you have alignment between the two key leadership roles of every project team.
